“Coins For Canines”

Let us help you lighten your load by taking all that excess coin off your hands. Stop by Petco on East Main St., Farmington, NM. Saturdays from 12p to 3p. Just come on in and drop it in the bucket to “Help Us Help Them”.

As always, Thank you.

Thank you.

I would like to thank everyone who helped out with the “All Fur One” fundraiser. It means a great deal to our furry four legged companions. Those who missed it stay tuned we have another fundraiser coming up that I think you all will like. We are adding a new tab to our web site titled “Fundraiser”. This will be used as a quick way for our community of followers to keep up on where we are and what we are doing.

Again many thanks:

OHCAAT’s New Direction

This was written by the ridiculously hard-working Amy.

We started out helping primarily cats because we worked with the TNR group and because there were no other rescues or groups focusing on cats in this area.  We have gradually branched out  into dogs and the occasional rabbit, guinea pig or box turtle, as we’ve been contacted about them.     If we have  knowledgeable foster home that has room, we will do what we can to help.

Initially, we were under the 501c3 non-profit umbrella of the San Juan Animal League (Oct 2011-Dec 2016) but are now in the final steps of getting our own 501c3 designation.  At present, we have our State of New Mexico Not-for-Profit Business number and our EIN for Federal.  Still filling out forms & gathering required information to submit for final federal status.
